daplit (“we,” “us,” or “our”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use our mobile application and related services (the “App” or “Services”). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

What Kind of Data Do We Collect?

1. Data You Provide

We collect personal information only when you voluntarily provide it, including:

• Photos you import into the App to create memories, albums, or other content
• Information you choose to send us through support or feedback requests

All photos and personal content created or imported into the App are stored only on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.

2. Subscription & Transaction Data

If you purchase a subscription or a one-time upgrade, we receive limited, non-payment information necessary to verify and manage your purchase, such as:

• Confirmation that a purchase was completed
• The type of product purchased
• Subscription status (active, expired, refunded, etc.)

We do not process or store payment information. All payments are handled directly and securely by the Apple App Store.

A trusted third-party service may process subscription status and entitlements on our behalf. This service does not receive your personal identity or payment card details.

3. Automatically Collected Information

To ensure the App functions properly and to help us improve performance and stability, we may collect limited, non-personal information, including:

• Device information (device model, operating system version, app version)
• Usage information (basic interaction events within the App)
• Diagnostic information (crash logs and error reports)

This information is aggregated and non-identifiable and cannot be used to personally identify you.

4. Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics, a service provided by Google, to better understand how users interact with the App so we can improve features, usability, and performance.

We may collect:

• App interaction events (such as screen views, feature usage, and session duration)
• General device and app information (app version, operating system)

We do not send Firebase any personal data, photo content, or user-generated content. Firebase Analytics is configured to collect non-identifiable, non-personal data only and is used solely for internal analysis and app improvement.

Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, access, or track:

• Photo contents
• Photo metadata
• Location data
• Contact data
• Cross-app or cross-website activity
• Advertising identifiers for ad targeting

We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

How Do We Use Your Data?

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain core App functionality
• Verify purchases and manage access to paid features
• Improve performance, usability, and reliability
• Diagnose crashes and fix technical issues

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share your personal content.

How Do We Store Your Data?

• All photos and personal content remain only on your device
• We do not operate cloud servers for storing user photos or memories
• Diagnostic and purchase-related data, if collected, may be securely stored by Apple, Firebase, or other service providers that support the App’s functionality

We share information only when necessary and under the following circumstances:

We work with trusted third-party partners to:

• Process subscription status and entitlements
• Provide analytics and crash diagnostics

These providers receive only the minimum data required to perform their services and are required to protect it appropriately.

We do not share your photos, personal content, or identifying information with third parties.

Your Privacy Choices

You may:

• Delete the App at any time, which also deletes all locally stored content
• Contact us to request deletion of any communications you have sent us
