Welcome to daplit (the “App”), operated by PIN YOUR MEMORY LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App and related services (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
When you use the App, you may import photos, labels, notes, or other personal content (“Content”).
You retain full ownership of all Content you import or create using the App.
We do not claim ownership over your photos or personal data.
To allow the App to function on your device, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, device-restricted license to process your Content locally on your device only, solely for the purpose of providing the App’s features.
This license:
Applies only while you use the App
Is strictly limited to on-device processing
Ends when you stop using the App or delete it
This license does not permit us to:
Access, view, upload, transmit, or store your Content
Back up your Content to our servers
Publish, distribute, sell, or monetize your Content
Use your Content for advertising, analytics, or marketing
All Content remains stored only on your device
We do not operate servers that store user photos or personal content
We do not offer cloud storage or syncing for user Content
No one other than you can access your Content unless you choose to share your device or backups
Deleting the App will remove all locally stored Content.
If you choose to contact us (for example, through email or support requests), any information you voluntarily include in those communications is provided at your discretion and will be used solely to respond to you or improve the App.
You are not required to send us photos or personal content in order to use the App.
If you provide feedback, comments, or suggestions regarding the App, you grant us permission to use such feedback to improve and develop the App and Services, without compensation or obligation to you.
The App may offer optional subscriptions or one-time in-app purchases.
All payments are processed securely by the Apple App Store
Apple manages billing, refunds, subscription status, and payment methods
We do not collect or store payment card information
You may manage or cancel your subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
To improve performance, reliability, and user experience, the App may collect limited, non-identifiable, non-personal usage and diagnostic information, including through third-party services such as analytics or crash reporting tools.
This data:
Does not include photo content or personal files
Is aggregated and non-identifiable
Is used solely to improve the App

To protect the integrity, security, and functionality of the App, you agree not to:
Use automated tools, scripts, bots, or similar methods to access or interact with the App
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code
Circumvent subscription checks or access paid features without authorization
Access or manipulate internal databases or files outside normal App usage
Modify App behavior through external tools, system-level tampering, or exploits
Simulate purchases or replicate App logic
Use third-party tools designed to alter or interfere with App functionality
Introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorized access
Perform actions that disrupt, degrade, or compromise the App or device security
We may take appropriate technical or legal action in response to violations of these Terms.
All App software, code, design, text, interfaces, logos, and features are owned by PIN YOUR MEMORY LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
Uninterrupted or error-free operation
That the App will meet all user expectations
Compatibility with all devices or operating system versions
Your use of the App is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PIN YOUR MEMORY LLC shall not be liable for:
Loss of data stored on your device
Device failures, operating system issues, or hardware malfunctions
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Any changes will become effective when posted. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
